The 20th Century-Fox Video release of "The Boys From Brazil" spreads the 123-minute movie across 2-discs and 3-sides. The copy examined was a Pioneer American CAA-Extended Play format pressing. The fourth side was labeled for the film and would make one assume the movie was on 4-sides. Such is not the case, as the last side is the familiar upside-down turtle announcing no program this side.

"The Boys From Brazil" was Electronically Rechanneled for Stereo for this first LaserVision release, however the disc is not CX-encoded. The 1.85:1 image is presented mostly open-matte with the end credits shown at approximately 1.66:1. The transfer appears to be a bit hazy and white objects looking somewhat dingy. Fleshtones and color in general is skewed to the yellowish side of things.
